1. Bearing overheating
Reason: insufficient grease; excessive grease; grease dirty deterioration; bearing damage.
Elimination method: add proper amount of grease; the internal grease of bearing should be 50% of its space volume; clean bearing; replace grease; replace bearing.
2, The granularity is over
Reason: the hammer wear is too big; the sieve bar breaks.
Elimination method: replace hammer head; replace sieve bar.
3. Reduced production
Reason: the sieve gap is blocked; the feed is not uniform.
Elimination method: stop the car and clean up the clogging in the gap of the sieve strip; adjust the feeding mechanism.
4, The percussion sound produced by the elastic coupling
Reason: loose pin shaft; wear of elastic ring;
Elimination method: stop and tighten the pin nut; replace the elastic ring.
5. Percussive sound produced inside the machine
Reason: non-broken material enters the machine; liner fastener is loose and hammer hits liner; hammer or other parts break.
Elimination methods: stop, clean the broken cavity; check the fastening of the liner and the gap between the hammer and the sieve; replace the broken parts.
6. Machine vibration
Reason: when replacing hammer head or because of wear of cone head, rotor static balance is not required; hammer head is broken, rotor is out of balance, pin shaft is bent, broken; triangle disc or ring disc crack; anchor bolt loose.
Elimination methods: remove hammer head, select hammer head according to weight, make the total weight of hammer on each hammer shaft equal to the total weight of relative hammer shaft, that is, meet the requirement of static balance; replace hammer head; replace pin shaft; repair or replace by electric welding; Fasten the anchor bolt.
