Troubleshooting:
1、Abnormal vibration.

2）Replace counterattack hammer;
3）Adjust the rotor;

2、The discharge is too large.
Reason: the gap is too large because of the excessive wear of the lining board or the board hammer.
Elimination method: by adjusting the clearance of counterattack frame or replacing liner and plate hammer.
3、There is a knock inside the machine.
Reason: 1) material that cannot be broken into the machine;

4）Elimination: check fuselage, remove foreign bodies, fasten linings or replace parts.
4、The bearing temperature is too high.
Cause: 1) too much or less grease;
2）Grease dirt;
3）Bearing damage.
Elimination methods: 1) check whether grease is adequate;
2）Replace grease after cleaning bearing;
3）Replace bearings.
