2, HP300 cone crusher appeared man-made fault analysis

 

(1), dynamic cone liner inner wall wear. (2), fixed cone cannot ring normal rotation and adjustment. Remove the fixed processing cone outer diameter screws, through heavy thread engagement and adjustment ring supported on the adjustment ring, the adjustment ring inside the fixed cone along the clockwise or counterclockwise direction of rotation can be adjusted up and down, to adjust the feeding port and the discharge port size, and for regular replacement, fixed cone liner.
