 2. Under normal conditions, the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 35 ℃, and the high temperature should not exceed 70 ℃. If the temperature exceeds 70 ℃, the bearing should stop immediately to find out the reasons for elimination;

3, When the plate hammer wear reaches the limit mark, should turn the head to use or the timely replacement;

4, After assembling or replacing the plate hammer, must maintain the rotor balance;

5, When the frame liner wear, should be replaced in time, so as not to wear the housing;

6. Check the fastening status of all bolts before each boot.
