   2. Regular inspection of the broken jaw belt. Jaw-broken conveyor belt is indispensable in the stone production line, and the machine driving is the credit of the conveyor belt. Adjust the tension of conveyor belt regularly to ensure uniform force. Double motor drive, the two sides of the belt should be divided into groups to make the length of each group as consistent as possible. If you find the belt wear too much, please replace it in time.

    

   3. Lubrication of mechanical parts Jaw crusher adopts special grade or 3 lithium grease for vehicle grease, adding proper amount of grease for 400 hours of work; working 2000 hours, cleaning bearings by opening spindle assembly; replacing new bearings for 7200 hours in general.
