Working principle of CH870 cone crusher

The main working parts of hydraulic cone crusher are movable cone and fixed cone. The cavity formed between them is called broken cavity. The lower end is inserted in the eccentric sleeve, the whole moving cone is supported on the upper part of the hydraulic cylinder, the upper part of the cylinder has three friction discs, the upper disk is fixed at the lower end of the spindle, the lower disk is fixed on the piston, and the upper surface of the middle disk is spherical. The lower surface is flat. When the crusher works, the middle disk slips relative to the upper disk and the lower disk.

The main motor transfers power to the horizontal axis through the V-belt. The pinion gears at the horizontal shaft end are meshed with the big bevel gears installed at the lower end of the eccentric sleeve, which drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate. The spindle and the moving cone move around the center line of the crusher under the drive of the eccentric axle sleeve. For a fixed cone (upper frame), the moving cone always approaches or is far away periodically. When the moving cone approaches, The ore in the crushing chamber is crushed by compression or bending; when the moving cone is far away, the broken ore is discharged by its own gravity.

The hydraulic cone uses the hydraulic lifting system to control the lifting of the moving cone, thus adjusts the size of the discharge opening, uses the D-V valve insurance system to quickly discharge hydraulic oil from the hydraulic cylinder, thereby increases the discharge opening and protects the crusher from loading. After unloading, the D-V valve reset and PLC system automatically open the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic cylinder arch oil, so that the dynamic cone reset.
